Are you passionate about shaping young minds and nurturing the academic potential within young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS3 Teacher to join our team!

Responsibilities:

As a KS3 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring students on their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons, catering to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Creating a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Establishing strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, maintaining open communication to support student development and well-being.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources, ensuring progression in learning.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one)
• Have QTS or relevant teaching qualifications.
• Have a passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the development of young learners.  

Additional Details:

Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Salary: Competitive, based on the M1 - M6 teaching scale, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Location: Coventry, Warwickshire
