Responsibilities:

As a teacher working on a supply basis, you will have the opportunity to:

• Step into various teaching roles across primary and secondary, covering shortterm absences, vacancies, or additional support needs.
• Deliver highquality lessons based on pre-prepared lesson plans or adapt your teaching approach to meet the specific needs of the class.
• Engage with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities, fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey during your time in each classroom.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff and follow school polices and procedures to ensure a smooth transition for students and continuity in their learning.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one)
• Have QTS or relevant teaching qualifications.
• Have a passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education, regardless of the setting or circumstances.   

Additional Details:

Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Salary: Competitive, based on the M1 - M6 teaching scale, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Location: Across the Oxfordshire area!
