Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that promotes children's holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
• Establish positive relationships with children and families, fostering a sense of belonging and trust.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for further support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to meet the individual needs of children, including those with additional needs.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education)
• Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early years education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
