- Strategically plan teaching and learning activities with a robust assessment process
- Guide learners in developing crucial skills, including Mathematics and English proficiency
- Regularly review learner progress, adapting coaching strategies as needed
- Offer valuable information, advice, and guidance for holistic development
- Efficiently manage E-Portfolios for all learners
- Hold an assessor's qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, or equivalent - desired)
- Possess a teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent - desired)
- Occupational competence in a residential care home for children
- Hold a qualification in Residential Childcare up to level 5
- Willingness to undertake relevant training or qualifications to stay at the forefront
- UK driver's license with access to own vehicle
