We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Deputy Nursery Manager to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent, who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality educational experience in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support the Nursery Manager with staff supervision and appraisals.
- Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers, enhancing their involvement in the development of their children.
- Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.

About You:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent.
- Proven experience in early years education and a strong understanding of the EYFS.
