The role:
We are currently recruiting for an HLTA. As a higher-level teaching assistant (HLTA) you would be responsible to manage classroom behaviour, whilst ensuring pupils remain on task, completing the work that has been set. This is a long-term role working with one of our partner schools. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an interim role or not looking to commit to a permanent position at present.

The applicant:
The successful applicant is expected to have maths and English (GCSE grade C/4 and above) or alternatively a suitable childcare qualification. Experience and personality are equally desirable. Being able to work in a team as well as individually is important to provide maximum support to the class teacher.
