RAM Building Consultancy, a leading provider of building consultancy and testing services, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team.
You will carry out various building surveying works nationwide relating to:
- Project Management
- Feasibility Studies
- Production of Specifications
- Condition Surveys
- Any experience with DfE Condition Improvement Funding (CIF) is welcomed and beneficial but not essential.
- Report writing and budget costings
Desireable qualifications / skills:
- Driving Licence required
- MRICS or CIOB preferred
- Previous experience in construction management preferred
- Computer literate including good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, One Drive, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
