Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Essendon, Hatfield

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 12:30

Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and nurturing the educational development of our students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance to students, aiding in lesson preparation, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised support to students with varying abilities and needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Requirements:

• An Enhanced DBS or the willingness to obtain one.
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to work with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
