About the school:

A 'good' SEN school based in Shirley, according to OfSted. Which has a positive consequence, warning based behaviour policy are seeking long term staff to cover maternity from September.

This is a fantastic position for those wanting to develop their skills in teaching. The school specialises in SEND particularly ASD, MLD and Complex needs, and therefore someone with SEN experience would be desirable.

The school has excellent planning resources, PPA schedules and Supportive Subject Leads to help support with tailored planning. They also employ a team of intervention specialists, whom collaborate with the class teacher with the aim of creating lessons to help catch up pupils with learning difficulties, disabilities and Global Delay.

The Ideal candidate:
* Valid QTS, M2- M6 payscale
* UPS Teachers also considered - providing you take on TLR responsibilities
* SEN Trained
* Passionate about curriculum development
* Happy to plan, prepare and deliver classes
* Versatile to deliver more than one subject
