More detail: As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with classroom activities and preparing learning materials.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who require extra help.
• Encouraging and motivating students to participate actively in lessons.
• Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborating with the class teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with children in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and nurturing approach to working with young learners.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in children's lives.
• Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
