Responsibilities:

• Step into various classrooms as a Supply Teacher, providing continuity in students’ learning experiences.
• Adapt quickly to different educational settings and student needs.
• Implement lesson plans effectively, ensuring a high level of engagement.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior.
• Provide feedback on student progress to permanent teaching staff.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different learning environments.
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet.
