Job Description:

As a KS2 Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to engage with students across different schools, covering classes during teacher absences or other staffing needs. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, maintaining classroom management, and ensuring a positive and stimulating learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and policies.
  • Managing classroom behavior effectively 
  • Providing constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity in education during teacher absences.
  • Upholding professional standards and representing the values of each school you work in.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with Key Stage 2 students.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to promoting the welfare and achievement of all students.

Pay  

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS status and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
