A Caretaker is needed in a new mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in North West London.

This Caretaker post will be full time and long term/permanent.

If appointed as a Caretaker your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; supervising the Premises Team, ensuring maintenance checks/tasks are completed and ensuring correct Health & Safety practices are followed.

The school is seeking a Caretaker with school based experience, strong working knowledge of Health & Safety and the ability to carry out a variety of repairs when required.

The rates of pay for this Caretaker position will be between £150 to £200 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

Requirements

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Premises Assistant or Caretaker.

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• Experience of working as a Caretaker in UK schools
• UK Health & Safety certification or an overseas equivalent
