What You'll Do:

Use your extraordinary powers of patience, empathy, and resilience to provide personalised support to students with special educational needs, including academic assistance, behavioural support, and personal care.

Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to develop and implement tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.

Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to shine.
