Position: 1:1 EYFS Learning Support Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Beckenham, London

Start Date: ASAP – ON GOING

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS Check (mandatory)
• Previous experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
• Enthusiasm for supporting the development of young learners.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff.
• Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Pay Rate: £85 - £95 per day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to a young learner within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assist with academic tasks and activities to enhance learning outcomes.
• Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and encouragement
• Work closely with the class teacher to implement personalized learning strategies.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.
