Job Opportunity: 1:1 EYFS Learning Support Assistant
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and making a difference in early education? We're seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team!
Position: 1:1 EYFS Learning Support Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 08:30AM – 15:00PM
Location: Croydon
Start Date: ASAP - ON GOING!
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS Check (must-have)
- Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings (desirable)
- Enthusiasm for supporting early years development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
- Dedication to creating a positive learning environment.
Pay Rate: £85 - £95 per day.
What You'll Do:
- Provide tailored support to a young learner in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Assist with academic tasks and activities, fostering engagement and learning.
- Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions
- Collaborate with the class teacher to implement individualized learning strategies.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
