Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with students with special educational needs in Shrewsbury. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to individual students, assist with their learning and development, and contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN, assisting them with their learning and personal development.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies tailored to each student's needs.
* Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create and deliver appropriate learning activities and interventions.
* Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
* Assist with the implementation of behavior management strategies and support students' emotional well-being.

Requirements:
Experience working with students with SEN, either in a school setting or a similar environment.
Knowledge of SEN support strategies and a commitment to promoting inclusive education.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in students' lives.
