We are working with a well-established education business, and they are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the business ASAP.

This is an office-based role Monday - Friday.

This role would be ideal for an experienced recruiter, who is also looking to be involved with HR duties and work as part of the HR team. The role is focused on supporting the business with managing all aspects of recruitment, whilst also assisting with HR, Employee Relations, and full employee life cycle work.

Reporting into the HR Manager and working as part of a team of 6 people, the role will provide an internal recruitment service to attract and retain talent and lead on recruitment activities. Key duties will include;

  • Working as part of a busy HR team of 6 people reporting into the HR Manager, managing recruitment and supporting with HR
  • Leading on recruitment activities and managing the recruitment process for c25-30 roles at any one time
  • Manage and lead on recruitment (with support of a recruitment and HR administrator), including writing job adverts, supporting with JD preparation, managing the interview process and all recruitment activities through to offer.
  • Review, improve and ensure the recruitment process meets legislative compliance, safer recruitment compliance and best practice
  • Managing recruitment agency relationships, leading on putting together PSL’s, negotiating on rates, building relationships etc
  • Support recruiting managers in shortlisting candidates and facilitating recruitment and selection events.
  • Looking at candidate attraction initiatives, such as organising recruitment campaigns and recruitment events
  • Provide advice, support and training to line managers in the recruitment process
  • Be involved with HR activities, including assisting with ER, starters, leavers, HR policies and processors and employee lifecycle work
  • Review and improve the inhouse appraisal tracking system and implementation of a new recruitment system
  • Support the HR Manager with HR projects, such as employee wellbeing and employee engagement

For this role candidates will need to have proven recruitment experience and be confident managing end to end recruitment.
