The school is seeking a dedicated Early Years Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The successful Early Years Learning Support Assistant will be working closely with their Early Years educators to provide individualized support to students, ensuring they have the necessary tools and encouragement to reach their full potential. The role is 5x days per week for the whole summer term, with the potential to extend into the new school year.

The successful Early Years Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Flexibility, patience, and resilience in addressing diverse learning needs.
• Experience working in a school setting or with children is desirable but not essential.
