About Us: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our dynamic team and contribute to the nurturing environment of our nursery. With six nursery rooms spread across two floors, a dedicated sensory room, and ample outdoor space, our nursery offers an enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is eager to progress and excel in an early years setting. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, supporting their individual needs and interests.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote learning and development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Utilize the nursery's resources, including the sensory room and outdoor space, to enhance children's learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development, with a desire to progress in the early years sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the nursery's ethos and values.
