Are you passionate about making a real difference in children and young people's lives?

We're seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Full-Time Teaching Assistants, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom. This is a long term position (temp to perm). 

Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (temp to perm opportunity) 
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 
Hours: 8:45am - 3:15pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Salary: £75.00 - £82.00 per day 

As a Teaching Assistant at our mainstream primary school, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing and empowering our students with SEN, providing personalised support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include:
�� Assisting SEN pupils in various subjects and activities, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles.
�� Supporting the inclusion and integration of SEN pupils within mainstream classroom settings, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
�� Collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student progress and development.
�� Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.

The ideal candidate will possess:
✔️ Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN (desired but not essential).
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues.
✔️ A patient, empathetic approach, with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of our students.
✔️ A genuine passion for education and a dedication to promoting the well-being and academic success of every child.
