Salary: £84.85 - £90.00 Per day

• Assist the sports teacher in delivering engaging and effective sports lessons
• Support students in developing their physical skills and understanding of sports
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive sports environment
• Provide one-on-one support to students who may require extra assistance
• Assist in organising sports events and tournaments
• Contribute to the overall well-being and development of students through sports

• Experience working with children or young people in a sports setting
• Good understanding of behaviour management techniques
• Patience and empathy when working with students

• Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
• Additional qualifications in sports coaching or education are advantageous

• Prior experience in a similar role within a school or educational setting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team

• Strong knowledge of sports and physical education principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs

• First Aid certification
• Safeguarding training
• Additional coaching qualifications

• Work primarily within a school sports facility
• Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend events
• May involve some physical activity and outdoor sports coaching
