As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll be actively involved in the school day, enhancing the exceptional support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your mission? To ensure that every student, regardless of their needs, fully participates in and benefits from the enriching curriculum. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating small group and 1:1 interventions to aid individual student progress
- Assisting with classroom setup and maintaining an environment conducive to learning
- Collaborating on activity planning and preparing materials to improve curriculum accessibility
- Leading and supporting various class, group, and individual activities, both indoors and outdoors
- Monitoring student advancement, evaluating accomplishments, and communicating outcomes with class teachers
- Competitive daily pay starting at £100 per day
- Continuous support from the dedicated Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
- A role within a school that cherishes strong Christian values
- Possession of an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or readiness to apply for one
- A degree qualification in any field
- Demonstratable prior experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Valid and current Right to Work status in the UK
- Effective communication skills and adept classroom management abilities
