Flourish Education are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a 2-form entry school in Longbridge. This school is focused on building strong relationships between the school and the community and makes this a priority.

Our client is looking to employ a Primary Teacher to work in a Reception class, full time from Easter until the end of the academic year. You will have full class responsibilities, including planning, marking, and preparing resources. We are looking for a Primary Teacher who has strong behavioural management and SEND experience.

This Primary Teacher vacancy is a full-time role starting after easter and continuing until the end of the academic year. There is a possibility for this to continue into the following academic year.

Working as a Primary Teacher you will need:

• Hold relevant teaching qualifications (QTS – Qualified Teaching Status)
• Experience working in Early Years (EYFS).
• Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply.
• Confident Behavioural Management/ Classroom Management skills.
• To work in partnership with the teaching assistant within the class.
