The School and Role

This lovely primary school, based in North Tyneside are looking to appoint a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across key stage 2 on a full-time basis. The desired HLTA will be responsible for a mixture of supporting during lessons, delivering interventions to small groups and delivering some PPA cover sessions as and when needed. This would be to support mainly in Year 6 as they approach their SATS. Hours would be Monday to Friday 8:30 to 3:30.  

Requirements 

The desired HLTA will have;

• A relevant HLTA/Teaching qualification
• Experience of working within KS2
• Experience delivering interventions and teaching sessions
