TeacherActive are working with an outstanding secondary school in Manchester to find an outstanding Maths / Mathematics teacher with experience of working alongside students in both KS3 and KS4. Your role will be to promote the accelerated learning of their students.

The role will be to plan and deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum working across Key Stage 3-5. The successful Maths / Mathematics teacher will need to be naturally caring and engaging with a genuine passion for young people’s learning.

Experience and strong knowledge of the National Curriculum is highly desirable but not essential for this Maths/Mathematics teacher role.

Newly Qualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply.

Applicants need to have:

• QTS with an Maths/ Mathematics specialism
• Experience teaching English up to KS4 / Key Stage 4
• Good classroom management
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
