This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and support the expansion of their market share, simultaneously being instrumental in shaping the role as part of the ongoing development of this business area.

You'll be at the forefront of driving business growth and development within the nuclear decommissioning arena. This means you'll need to have a strong understanding of UK nuclear decommissioning policy and plans and how the organisations within this space will be charting their course to deliver.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing key business opportunities across various sectors.
  • Supporting and leading the sales process to ensure success.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to excel in the market.
  • Contributing to marketing strategies and the creation of innovative marketing materials.

What experience you'll need to have:

  • An established nuclear decommissioning/ waste management background- this could be as an engineer or a project manager for example, from a commercial and technical solutions perspective
  • Experienced in identifying and capitalising on new business prospects
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
