Are you a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?
If so, Tradewind have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team and work in some fantastic SEND Schools in the following areas:
- Liverpool
- Sefton
- West Lancashire
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to children with SEND.
- Assist with the effective implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, SENCO's and other professionals to ensure a well-rounded support plan for children.
- Support with behaviour management both in the classroom and throughout the school.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- Have two satisfactory references.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
