Are you a recent graduate from an education or child-related course? Are you looking to gain more experience within an education setting?

Tradewind Recruitment are looking to work with recent graduates who would like to gain experience in SEND Schools. Our client schools are based in Liverpool and Sefton and are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher, teaching assistants, SENCO's, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to behaviour management both in the classroom and throughout the school.

Requirements:

  • A degree in an education related field
  • Prior experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
