Location: Brentwood

Salary: £130 - £240 per day

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages growth and learning.
• Collaborate with other SEMH Teachers and professionals to support student success.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
• Monitor and report on the progress of students, adapting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an SEMH Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and pedagogical approaches for SEMH.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
