Role Requirements:
- Valid and up-to-date DBS on the update service is a must.
- Previous experience in a primary setting, particularly within Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Enthusiasm for supporting childrens' learning and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated team of educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Providing one-to-one support to pupils, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participating in the planning and preparation of activities tailored to EYFS curriculum objectives.
- Supporting children's social and emotional development through play and structured activities.
