Tradewind are currently looking for a HLTA with behavioural experience to work in an Alternative Provision in Wigan in there last OFSTED the school was rated "GOOD". This challenging school caters for KS3 and KS4 pupils with SEMH, Autism and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

They are currently looking for a HLTA with behavioural experience to plan and deliver a variety of lessons, managing up to 8 pupils. You will be based offsite and you will have an additional TA with you as support. This is a full time/ long term post and has the potential to go perm.

The Alternative Provision offers fantastic facilities for their students and staff. Staff are made to feel valued and part of the team. We are looking for:

• Strong behaviour and classroom management.
• A HLTA with experience teaching students with behavioural
• A committed member of staff who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
• Commitment to the school and their students.
• Degree or HLTA status
• Supporting Pupils with EHC Plans and Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties

Essentials:

• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
