 As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Step in to oversee subject-area classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring continuity in learning and providing support to students as needed.
• Assist students with their assignments, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment where students feel respected and supported
• Work closely with fellow staff members. ensuring availability of neccesary materials for lessons
• Sharing observations and insights to ensure the needs of all students are met
• Assist students with inquiries and provide necessary support as needed
• Adhere to scheduled duties in compliance with school regulations

Requirements:

• Being eligible to work legally in the UK
• Having an updated Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or being willing to apply for a new one;
• Being dedicated to child safety
• Having good behavior management abilities.
