The School and Role

This specialist Secondary setting caters for the needs of children and younger people with SEN and are currently looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to motivate and engage the students attending. The desired 1:1 Teaching Assistant will work in a one-to-one capacity with students with additional needs. This full time 1:1 Teaching Assistant role is long term and potentially permanent.

Requirements

The desired 1:1 Teaching Assistant will have:

• A desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
• Relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults
• A patient and caring nature
• Be willing to work in Rochdale
