Programme Office Manager

£70,000-£75,000 + Car Allowance + BUPA Healthcare

Hampshire Location - Hybrid - x2 days per week

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver Programme Office Management services to an organisation on their flagship IT programme, with a spend of circa £100m. You will report into the

the Programme Director and be responsible for the PMO with x2 direct reports, who you will manage. This role will not just be about governance but will require you to really understand what is happening within the programme and what is required. There will be a need to use your expertise in PMO processes and structure to help mature this area of the business.

You will need solid experience of financial reporting along with project planning, risk, issue and dependency management. You may have come from a project management or PMO background, but your expertise will be around project delivery at programme office level. Experience of working within a regulated environment will be very useful and the ability to manage senior stakeholders will be essential as you will be reporting to senior leadership teams, external consultant partners and to the board of directors.
