Responsibilities:

• Providing support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assisting students with their learning activities, both one-on-one and in small groups.
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different classrooms and students.
