The Primary School are looking to take on a highly skilled Teaching Assistant / TA on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent role for the right Teaching Assistant / TA. The successful candidate will be working closely with the class teacher to best support pupils with their learning ensuring they stay captivated. You will be working across both Foundation phase and Key Stage 2 / KS2 so experience working across the whole of Primary is preferred, however, not a requirement.

The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or at least 6 months experience working in an educational setting.
• Ability to use your initiative to respond to situations
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Excellent verbal communication skills
