Milk Education are proud to be working with a primary school in NE28 to find a caring, empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to provide care and support to a child in KS1.

The school are looking for candidates who have experience working with either children or adults with learning difficulties and who would feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour.

You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a child with complex needs who requires close support and attention in class. The school are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant with prior experience working with individuals with ADHD and Autism either professionally or personally.

You should be confident working with high functioning SEN children within a mainstream school and should have the enthusiasm to make a difference in the child's education.
