Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: West Bromwich
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, term time only

They strive to ensure that all of their sutends are given the same opportunities This role will require you to have had previous expereince working with SEN puupils in a school setting. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training as required.
