KS2 Teacher

Milk Education have partnered with a school in the BL9 are who are looking to appoint a passionate, creative and strong KS2 Classroom Teacher working within their year 5 class. Whether you are at the start of your teaching career, or an experienced teacher, this role could be for you.

The successful educator will be a resilient individual who is able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons, that are able to adapt to each individual pupils needs. You will have support staff within your classess working both a general support and 1:1 with students.

This role is full time working Monday – Friday within term time.

* Qualified teacher status
* Experience working in KS2
* Understanding of the UK Curriculum
* MUST be a flexible and confident individual

* Knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies
* A good understanding of how children learn
* Ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs
* Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils
* Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children
* Knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies
