Primary Teaching Assistant- Winchester

Academics are looking for a strong, confident SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with challenging and complex needs at a Primary school in Stockbridge.
To be considered for work as a Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to confidently assist in the preparation of lesson plans and materials. Support the teacher in the classroom by providing instruction and guidance to students. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher. Assist with grading and record keeping.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have SEND experience
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Have confidence in working with children and young people to pass on knowledge
- Be calm, patient and empathetic
- Strive for excellence in order to ensure student success
- Have an innovative, creative attitude and strategic thinker
- Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to working with others
