Job Title: Year 5 Teaching Assistant
Location: Coventry
Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Year 5 class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
Assist with classroom management and the implementation of behavior management strategies.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning objectives and provide additional support where needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Previous experience working with primary school students is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
Enthusiasm for working with children and a genuine desire to help them succeed.
