ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Class Teacher with experience in a Year 4 classroom, to cover a Maternity cover on a temporary Contract to commence from September 2024.

The role 
This role includes the following:

• As a full class teacher, your responsibility will be that of a full-time class teacher.
• Working with pupils of a Year 4 age.
• Paid to scale.
• This will be long term Maternity cover spanning the first two terms of the new academic year (2024/25).

The school 
This school will be based in a two-form entry primary school based in the Tettenhall wood area of Wolverhampton.

Requirements 
To be considered for the Year 4 Teacher position, you will: 

•  Be able to work well and lead a class of lower key stage 2 age pupils.
•  Have prior experience leading a class from the beginning of an academic year.
•  Be willing to commit to a full-time role with full responsibilities regarding planning.
•  Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
•  Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
• Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
