Remedicare are currently recruiting for a Room Manager for our clients prestige Nursery.

This nursery have opportunities for a Room manager who can work based in a nursery in Beaconsfield.

40 children maximum
6 months - 5 year old
3 rooms in total throughout
All year round nursery

You must have a real passion working with children and want to work as part of a close-knit team who support each other.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £28,000pa
Shift times: 8am - 6pm

You will be- 

• Taking ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team.
• Embedding and supporting others in delivering the curriculum and learning experiences
• Ensuring that children are kept safe and follow Safeguarding Procedures
• A team player with a passion for coaching and mentoring
• Leading focus activities and facilitating play both inside and outdoors
