Job Description:
We are working to recruit a dedicated and passionate Part-time PPA Cover Teacher to join their dynamic team from September. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing PPA cover across Reception to Year 6, with no planning involved. This role will involve teaching on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a range of subjects to pupils from Reception to Year 6.
Provide effective classroom management to ensure a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and progression in learning.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom ethos that promotes the holistic development of every child.
Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and achievements.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching across the primary phase, preferably in a multicultural setting.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire pupils.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development and the school's ethos.
