Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to students with learning difficulties in a secondary school setting
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement individualized learning plans and interventions
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success and well-being
- Assist students with academic tasks, organization, and social skills development
Requirements:
- Hold GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Previous experience working with young people in a secondary education setting
- Calm, patient, and reliable demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
