Protocol Education are looking to appoint an Humanities Teacher for a Secondary school within a large trust, in Wiltshire.

A popular, high-performing secondary school that benefits from extensive beautiful grounds with excellent facilities, centered around an original Georgian manor house. Pupils at the school are “inspired to learn” and “supported to succeed”. As well as a broad and balanced academic curriculum, designed to provide the qualifications needed for further and higher education and skills required to succeed in working life, the school offers a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities.  These provide diversity in school life, enabling pupils to thrive and blossom into well-rounded young adults who will contribute positively to society.

The school are looking for a Humanities specialist to join their department to deliver to KS3 & KS4. This will include a regular tutor group, planning & marking - which will include a timetable that PPA time is allocated for, as well as extra curricular available if desired.

ECT's are encouraged to apply for this role as well as experienced teachers, where you will be joining a solid and inspirational department which consits of a strong balance of leaders, ECT's and experienced teachers.

Role: Humanities Teacher (Secondary, KS3-KS4)

Location: Wiltshire (Easy commute from Chippenham, Trowbridge, Swindon, Devizes, Bradford on Avon)

Hours: Monday - Friday 830am - 330pm (O.8/0.6 & part time applicants are urged to apply)

Start date: Monday 29th April  (Closing date: Monday 22nd March at Midday)

Qualifications: PGCE with QTS/QTLS (non QTS, lecturer's, Subjecy specialists, experienced Cover Supervisors/TA's, BA/MSc in Geography/History/Philosophy specialists are also urged to apply)
