About the Role:
Career Teachers is seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team in Sheffield. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide valuable support to teachers and students, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role offers an immediate start with flexible shifts, allowing you to make a difference in the lives of students while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs or learning difficulties.
* Help maintain classroom order and manage student behavior.
* Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
* Offer feedback to teachers on student progress and participation.
* Support students during activities and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Skills Required:

* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience and empathy when working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to different classroom environments and tasks.
* A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
