About the Role:
Career Teachers is seeking dedicated and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team in Sheffield. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering quality education to students across various schools within the area. This role offers an immediate start with flexible shifts, providing you with the opportunity to manage your work-life balance effectively.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Follow lesson plans and ensure curriculum objectives are met.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively.
* Provide constructive feedback to students and support their learning journey.
* Collaborate with school staff and management to ensure the smooth running of classes.

Skills Required:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience working as a Teacher in a classroom setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Flexibility and willingness to take on various assignments at short notice.
* Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
