Simply Education are looking to speak with Sports Coaches/Instructors that can provide day-to-day and short-term cover in SEND schools within the Kent area.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage behaviour in the classroom whilst delivering pre-planned lessons in a variety of subjects and various activities with the children.

Requirements:
• Previous experience of coaching and/or working with children
• Experience of working in a school/child care environment or a similar role in an educational setting.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or child development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
